When you submit a watch as a seller: your first name, country, WhatsApp number, email (optional), and the details and photos of your watch. Once a sale is agreed: the watch’s serial number and your signature (drawn signature, typed name, date, time and IP address) on your sale mandate.

When you apply as a dealer: your company name, VAT number, director’s name, city, country, WhatsApp number, email, and your signature (drawn signature, typed name, date, time and IP address) on the buyer agreement.

When you browse: technical usage data (pages viewed, actions such as form submissions), collected without advertising trackers.

We use this data solely to operate Karbo Mondays: reviewing and listing watches, verifying dealers, running the Monday sale, generating the sale documents (mandate, deal memo), and putting the winning dealer and the seller in contact. Signature data (including IP address) is kept as proof of the agreements signed. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Performance of a contract (running the sale you take part in), our legitimate interest (operating and securing the platform, preventing fraud), and legal obligations (record-keeping for transactions between professionals and private sellers).

The counterparty to your sale: when a sale is concluded, the deal memo shared with both parties contains the seller’s first name, country and WhatsApp number, and the dealer’s company details and WhatsApp number — this is how the parties are put in contact.

Our processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Neon Inc. (database, Frankfurt, EU). Transfers outside the EU, where they occur, are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

No data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Watch submissions that do not lead to a listing: 12 months. Sale records, mandates, deal memos and signatures: 5 years, as proof of the agreements. Technical usage data: 13 months maximum.

We use only strictly necessary cookies (for example, keeping a session open). Audience measurement relies on Vercel Analytics, configured without advertising cookies and without cross-site tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used, which is why no cookie consent banner is required.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, at any time: mykarbo@gmail.com. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
